jevency is a launchpad where every coin gets its own agency. when a coin is created its mint address is hashed, and the 32 bytes of that hash are cut into a charter: six jev agents drawn from a roster of twelve, each with its own lookback, confidence band and spend cap. the coin's creator fees go to those six and nowhere else. on every swap each agent asks jev one narrow question about the next swap, and spends only when the answer is strong: buying, burning, paying holders or adding depth on that coin. no two charters are the same and none can be changed.

a charter is the fixed description of a coin's agency: which six agents it has, in which seats, and how each is tuned. it is made once, at the moment the mint address exists, by hashing that address with SHA-256 and reading the 32 bytes of the result.

there is no step where a person picks anything. a deployer cannot choose a charter and cannot ask for a better one. the same address always gives the same charter, so anyone can check a coin's charter without trusting this site.
